By downloading, installing, or using the Aigentik application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please also review our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Think Code Release Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Aigentik, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
Aigentik is a visual AI workflow automation application for iPad and Mac. It allows users to design, connect, and execute workflows that integrate with third-party AI models and services using the user's own API keys and credentials.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrighted materials, and other intellectual property displayed or used within the App are the property of Think Code Release Ltd or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the App without prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and securing your own API keys and credentials for third-party services. You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party provider. We are not responsible for any costs, charges, or liabilities arising from your use of third-party API keys.
You are responsible for the workflows you create, the prompts you write, and the outputs generated through the App. You must ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Aigentik includes optional trading components that can place real orders on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (including Hyperliquid and MEXC) using credentials you supply, and can do so automatically in response to workflow signals, including signals generated by AI models. By enabling or using any trading component, you acknowledge and agree that:
All trading decisions and resulting financial outcomes are your sole responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Think Code Release Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any trading losses, liquidations, missed profits, fees, or other damages arising from your use of the trading components.
Aigentik integrates with third-party AI models and large language models (LLMs). AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). You must independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions of any kind.
We do not control, operate, or maintain any of the AI models accessible through the App. Each AI provider has its own terms of service, usage policies, content policies, and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of each provider you use. We are not liable for any actions taken by, outputs generated by, or data processed by third-party AI services.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit to AI models and for how you use the outputs. You must not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Think Code Release Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Aigentik stores all workflow data, API keys, and configurations locally on your device. We do not have access to your API keys or workflow data. You are responsible for backing up your data and securing your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
Aigentik supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other mechanisms for connecting to external tools and services. When you connect to external tools:
Aigentik may connect to external WebSocket feeds and real-time data sources as configured by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data received through these connections. Any actions taken based on real-time data (including automated trading) are your sole responsibility.
The App allows you to write and execute custom JavaScript code within workflows. You are solely responsible for any code you write and execute. We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or unintended consequences resulting from the execution of user-written scripts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Think Code Release Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
